Aloha! It is a great pleasure for me to introduce you to the Springs of Living Water website. We believe that the more
we can directly engage you in our vision and mission it would enable us to increase our connectivity with you and help us
become stronger to our commitment as we are assured that by working together with people who share the same vision
and mission this beautiful Island of Hawaii would be more secure, peaceful and contribute to the global well-being.

Nine years ago 13 women organized themselves through the Ministry on Missions and Social Concerns of the Brethren
of Christ International to make a difference in people’s lives in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. They took initiative to pool their
resources together through membership fees and individual contributions. They also solicited in-kind donations from
kind- hearted individuals of the community. Out of this initiative, a Food Pantry project was set in place, distributing
food and clothing to the needy of Oahu’s Leeward area.

Today, we are proud to say, that out of this initiative birthed the Springs of Living Water, a faith-based, non-profit
social service agency that provides services, trainings and program to enhance and sustain stability of individuals and
families to attain self sufficiency and contribute to the economic development of the community.

Like those 13 women, you can also make a difference in the lives of others who are in need. I urge you to partner with
us toward this purpose and make a difference in the lives of the people of Hawaii, one family at a time.
